Zero stars if possible. What a terrible experience with this doctor AND staff. Rude, uncaring and very unorganized. The front desk are great at transferring the phone to a voicemail (which is never returned) before you even finish your sentence. Following the procedure, Dr Chacko had me so confused on what was going on with the results, I'm still scratching my head and unclear on next steps. He was unable to provide confident answers and provide clarity. Save yourself the frustration and worry: avoid this guy.

Dr Abraham Chacko is the best surgeon. He has tremendous patients. His bed side manner is fantastic. I feel he deserves huge advances. God has blessed him with one of the greatest gifts kindness. I would refer him to everyone. God speed to you Dr Chacko

Good morning Dr Chacko its been four weeks since you gave me the RX for Litzines its working the girls been giving me samples i still dont have my medication i been to Target 4 times they still need Authorization can you please make that happen Ambetter gave me 12 physicals therapy 281-821-4200 they already have the referral am doing ok thanks Robert

Do not go to this doctor. Cannot ever reach him or his staff. It got so bad that his staff and DrChacko gave me their email addresses and they still did not respond to me or Walgreens refill requests Even Dr Chacko who assured me I could reach him thru his email address never responded. Today is February 3. 2021 and Walgreens started requesting refill on January 26th. I wi never ho back

After having a colonoscopy, called for the results over the phone. The nurse didn’t know what some of it meant and said I? would have to make an appointment with the nurse practitioner to get the results. They charged me anothe $80 visit for what they could tell me on the phone. Just another doctor ripping off patients and insurance companies. I? guess he didn’t make enough money doing the colonoscopy.

Dr. Chacko is GREAT! He actually sits and listens to you and ask if you have any questions. I have been seeing him almost a year and have no complaints. He is gentle and to the point. I would recommend Dr. Chacko to anyone!
