IUD insertion horror
I saw Dr. Madany for IUD insertion a while back. Insertion was expectably painful, but when he was removing the applicator, he ripped out the IUD as well. He made it seem like this happened often. Then, as I was lying there in pain, he was trying to shove the (now bloody) device back in the applicator to reuse it. The nurse had to be the one to tell him he needed a fresh device, and to get him a new one. I had to sit in my car for 30+ minutes and pulled over a few times on my way home because of the pain. Not impressed by his skill or judgement.
