I was in the hospital when I met him. He was very attentive and through. I was impressed by his time spent with me and answered every single question. I’m writing this on behalf of my elderly father. I don’t have enough room for what went wrong in terms of mistakes and extremely poor office communication and treatment. If I could change his cardiologist tomorrow, I would. I am appalled and if my dad didn’t have me as an advocate, he would be in a really bad situation.

Dr. Hepner is one of the finest Doctors I have ever gone to. In all my 73 yrs I have never been treated by a Doctor like this in my life. Went over everything with a fine tooth comb. No Doctor has even been this thorough. I highly recommend him!!! He is the BEST!

Dr. Hepner is an excellent cardiologist. He spends the time needed to understand me as a heart patient and has provided excellent care. The doctor has provided me with a solid health plan for my heart. I highly recommend Dr. Hepner.

Dr. Hepner has the bedside manner of a frog. He is very rude and judgmental. I came to Dr. Hepner after having months of heart palpitations and tightening in my chest. Because I have other health issues as well he immediately took one look at my chart and decided I must be over reacting. I could tell by his demeanor and the condescending tone in his voice that I was a patient that was apparently wasting his time. To humor me he order a stress test and a heart monitor for 48 hours.
