Overall he is a great doctor but his receptionist are terrible very impatient and ride .

I find Dr Chacko very thorough and willing to spend time explaining... for some personalities he may not be a perfect fit, but I am willing to ask lots of questions, to disagree and to challenge... and he's great with all those things.
