Dr. Dann was very personable. He explained all options. He asked appropriate questions and asked what I thought. He said what he felt was the best solution and gave me the option to choose.

All staff are very professional. Was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Dann takes his time to explain everything in detail.

I have something in my finger still it’s small but it’s sharp yes Dr. Dann did do an ultrasound. I still feel something in my finger. I think it’s glass and it’s real fine and little but I’m the one that will still have to pay this bill. Very disappointed.

He knew exactly what was wrong when I told him my symptoms and pain.

The doctor, all medical staff and clerical staff were great. However, I don’t know any details about what happened, but when I arrived the white board had a notation that two doctors appointments were running 30 minutes behind. I waited 90 minutes before going into an exam room and then waited almost another 30 minutes before seeing the doctor.

Dr. Dann and Megan provided excellent communication and care. The surgery was quick and the healing so much faster than before. Definitely would recommend.

My wrist took a bad hit from a fall. Dr Dann and staff were quick to respond. I’m on the mend.

Between Dr Dann and Megan Adams this office is a joke. Will definitely be looking for a second opinion. I have received any relief in close to a year. I’m not looking for pain meds like the typical welfare recipient that stinks up the office there. Messaged Megan in February when I started having pain again and never received an answer. Must be because I work and pay for anthem benefits. Nothing like waiting almost a hour to be seen after being told to arrive early then being shoved out the office in less than 2 minutes after the Dr. gets in. The only good part of this place is the front office staff. And someone for the love of Christ help Dr Jackson with his bedside manner. So unprofessional

I was referred to Dr. Dann from my Rheumatologist. When I arrived it was the busiest waiting room. They were unable to get me back just to a room until close to an hour after my scheduled time. Then when back there it was another 20-30 until anyone came in to see me. I was first seen by a student doctor. They were nice but didn’t seem very confident in the questions they were asking. Then they got Dr. Dann and when he finally had time to see me, he seemed to care less about my troubles. I have been dealing with this problem for about a year and he could barely give me 5 minutes of his time. He jumped straight to surgery within 2 minutes of looking at me. I understand he is probably a skilled doctor and sees this stuff all the time but he did nothing to convince me it was the right chose to surgery other than because he said it was. When asking about tests he made it seem like I doubted his knowledge. I felt pressured to do a surgery with an incomplete exam confirmed by second opinion.

I went in to get a shoulder brace for my upcoming surgery. They made sure it fits well and told me what to do if the surgery doesn't happen for so reason.
