Dr Flood was supposed to treat a patient having a seizure but instead only took vitals, glanced at the patient and asked her name. He then had her leave the hospital while still having a seizure, we were told it was because she did not have insurance. The patient continued to have seizure activity for 2 days and sustained brain damage. We called the hospital 4 times and asked him to further evaluate her. He kicked her out after only 21 minutes instead of observing her for the standard minimum 2 hours. We are being billed for services he never provided. The Desert View Hospital in Pahrump NV was advised of all of this and has none nothing about the complaint.
