Dr. Adam Gerber, DPM

Dr. Gerber may be a good podiatrist?? But please, please, please don’t let him, or any other podiatrist perform surgery on you!!! I had surgery in December 2019 by Dr. Gerber, and have been dealing with extreme nerve pain ever since!! I’ve had multiple doctors in many different fields since then tell me I should have never had this surgery, because of risk to benefit, and definitely NOT by a podiatrist!! I was naive and trusting. Don’t make the same mistake I did…get a second opinion by an orthopedic surgeon that specializes in feet and ankles!

I was in for my regular appointment to have my toe nails trimmed. They were taken care of in a professional manner.

The entire staff is friendly and pleasant. Dr. Gerber takes time to talk and explain any issues.

I appreciate Dr. Gerber’s step by step approach to find the cause of my pain. He and his team are very professional.

Dr Gerber was recommended to me by a friend. She told me he was kind and attentive. I had the same experience. I had twisted my ankle over the summer and expected it to heal on its own. Fearing that I had made my trouble worse by not seeing a doctor sooner, I found that he put my fears at ease! His staff was nice too.

I have been seeing Dr. Gerber for quite some time now. Whenever I have an appointment with him and his staff members they always treat me like I am their only patient. Dr. Gerber takes whatever time is necessary and I never feel like he is rushed to get to his next appointment...I’m not just a number like I Sometimes feel with other doctors. I would highly recommend Dr. Gerber and his kind and professional staff members.

The only shortcoming I felt was the office receptionist needs a training on dealing with patients. Perhaps some training on how to politely direct patients to take a seat or anything to make them feel a little more comfortable. She just just lacked maturity in her mannerisms.

I get my toenails cut every two months as well as the callouses are sanded or treated. I am very happy with Dr. Gerber. He is very friendly and efficient. His staff is very nice and friendly as well.

I went in with horrible pain in my right arch not associated with plantar fascitis. He xrayed and found bone spurs and arthritis in my foot. Cortisone shots, affordable on the spot orthotics and I feel like a different person. Thank you Dr Gerber!

My former foot doctor retired three years ago and recommended I go to Dr. Gerber. Having diabetes for over thirty years and neuropathy for about twenty of those years, I saw my foot doctor often and had made considerable progress, Neuropathy doesn't disappear over night and it takes diligence on the part of the patient and teamwork between the doctor and patient. I am so happy to have Dr. Gerber as the person to continue my progress with. Next to me, no one knows my feet better than Dr. Gerber and, of course, he has the professional experience to keep me moving in the right direction. He is warm, insightful, and always ready to try the next thing so we can go forward. He is also inquisitive and learning from my case.
