Dr Kramer is someone that I trust with my life.He has always helped me and has really been there for me.He got me off prescription pain pills.He got me a spinal stimulator that made a world of difference in regards to decreased pain.I can't say enough positive things about him

He actually does exams and explains your health issues and provides his opinion on care and goals

I have been seeing Dr Kramer for back and neck pain. Because of insurance, I was seeing someone else and they weren't really doing anything. Dr Kramer has gotten my back pain under control and is now working on my neck.

They help assist with pain, and those proper recommendations

I transferred to Dr Kramer because his ambulatory services facility is in my network but he didn't even look at my back and prescribed me muscle relaxers which I told hi. Aren't affective and just make me sleepy, which they did. Offered no help for pain while awaiting an epidural in my lower back and there office had everything screwed up, never even got it approved through insurance and didn't bother to tell me that. They only left me a vm the day before my appointment to tell me I had canceled which I definitely didn't. I rescheduled and needed an extension on my short term disability because I still hadn't fixed my back and I had to reschedule an appointment with them after calling THEM back and them being like "oh we can get approved" and then after assuring me they would fill out the paperwork. He had the audacity to tell me to get my former doctor to fill it out. Terrible place to do anything yet alone get help.

I've been a patient of Dr Kramer for several years now. He and his staff are thoughtful, caring and professional. When Charlie left the practice, Annabel came on board. She is a delightful person - respectful, caring, and friendly - and most importantly, a solid professional. I wouldn't hesitate to refer any friends or family to PaloVerde.

From my auto accident, I was left with nerve pain In lower back and upper neck. The burning and tingling was immediately resolve with epidurals. Upon further discussion, we opted for trigger point injections which I’m certain will help relieve the muscle pain. I’m happy that we could work through my issues this far. My depression has had me feeling that this is how life will be forever. I’m seeing some hope for the future.

I don't see Dr Kramer but his associate Dr Toben. He is without a doubt the BEST doctor I have ever seen. He listens and HEARS me. We have more of a partnership trying to manage my pain, together, rather than just talking at me! Definitely would recommend Toben to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Kramer really takes his time to listen to your concerns, and responds to your questions and complaints compassionately. I have never felt rushed or dismissed while at his practice. I would highly recommend Dr. Kramer for your pain management needs. His medical assistant Nicole is great as well!
