Dr. Rosen is the best. I had been to dozens of doctors, to try and find out what was going on with me, and I had no answers. I felt completely defeated. My primary referred me to yet another rheumatologist, and I reluctantly went. I had already seen 2 others. The last one told me, “it’s all in your head, you should look into seeing a psychiatrist.” So, I had zero expectations. I went in, they took an X-ray of my hands. Dr. Rosen came in, examined me, looked at the X-rays, and he gave me a definitive diagnosis. Finally! It took a year to find the right medication, but for the first time in 17 years, I’m pain free! No more pain meds! I can’t say enough about him. He gave me back my life! If you’re looking for a rheumatologist, you truly don’t need to look further. He and his PA, Alex, are the best of the best!

If you are looking for a practice that has an office staff that does not return phone calls or messages left on their portal you've found the right place. If you are ever fortunate enough to get through to someone they are also very skilled at giving you excuses and arguments for their unresponsiveness. The office staff are way too busy to worry about the patient's needs.

WARNING- Do Not Use This Doctor- Dr. Rosen used me to make money! After 3 years of diagnosing me with issues I really did not have and giving me chemo, I got another opinion. Come to find out, all I had was back issues. This doctor was charging my insurance $5000 a month for meds and treatment that I should have never received. This man should not be allowed to treat animals much less people who trust him with their lives.

I am 69 years old and have been going to Dr. Rosen for about 18 years. I find him very knowledgeable and personable. He has diagnosed my arthritis and done an excellent job in treating me and keeping me active despite the arthritis. I highly recommend him.

I have been with Dr Rosen for a least 20 yrs when I first was diagnosed with Arthritis. He has stayed attentive with my condition as it got worse and becamenities RA. I've been on different meds until they didn't work and he found something else to help me. I am now on a infusion and have very little pain from month to month! ! He also gives me an epidural for my herniated disc in my lower back that has worked miracles!! He's a Dr I can depend on to take care of me and whatever comes next!!

Dr. Rosen is very nice, and he listens to what is going on with his patients. He runs a very busy office, and I sometimes see his assistant, but they are always very helpful and perfectly capable of helping me find relief for my pain. I can call and get an appointment or advice immediately.

I have been a patient of Dr Rosens for more than 15 year and he has changed my life. While he does not coddle, he is kind and gentle and most importantly, always there for you. He takes on my other doctors if he feels something is not correct and very direct and honest about my conditions. He's a brilliant diagnostic physician and we are lucky to have him in the Bay Area .

It was the worst physician patient experience I have ever had. I was very surprised as his staff compassionate and kind-as the NP a delight. My follow up with Dr. Rosen was a sad event-a mench he is not...nor will I refer him. I have since found a fantastic Rheumatologist whom shares hope for a better future and I am already feeling better.

I do have concerns with patient privacy in his ofice. If you have an urgent need, you may as well go to ER.
