DR Rubinstein is the quintessential doctor - listens so carefully, kind, and uses his scientific knowledge to make - what was a complicated diagnoses for me. I feel very grateful!

Dr. Rubinstein changed my medication & rescheduled my physical which I was against because he was going to a “Concierge service”. I was assured by Loraine that Dr. Rubinstein would still see me. I got a phone message after the changeover cancelling my appointment because I didn’t sign up for the service. I called & was told Dr. won’t see me unless I pay the fee for this service. Either Dr. Rubinstein or his staff lied to me when I was told that I could come in on December 13th for my physical.

Best GP in Lake County and it's not even close. The waits can be quite long, but it's worth it for the amount of time, effort, and attention he pays to his patients. His policies are changing to provide even better care, and I'm in. Thanks!
