I wasn’t lying! He got up without even looking into my eyes once and said he was going to give me a lotion for the rash. I asked him what about the parasites in my body, my eyes and my stool. Our experience in the ER with Dr. Skinner was less than satisfactory. He was undermining, stand offish, and questioned why we were there. Very disappointing service.
