My appointment with Dr. Kingston was AMAZING! I was extrememly nervous to go to a dermatologist since it was my first time but everyone there were so caring. Everyone at the front office was so patient and kind to me. She was able to solve my acne problem by prescribing the correct medication for me & 2 required face creams. Huge improvements in just a few days. I can not wait to go back to see her!

Dr. Kingston was not able to recognize that I had rosacea, and told me to just take an allergy pill daily. She prescribed a cream because I mentioned that I had dry skin, and that made my face much worse. I went to a different dermatologist a couple of months later and was diagnosed.

Very nice and pleasant doctor. Seeing Dr K for acne and lost my insurance at one point. Office visit were affordable and she provided me with coupons so I wouldn't be so much out of pocket with the medication prescribed.

DO NOT GO HERE. I Call the doctor's office to see how much an office visit cost and the said between 80/150 USD which i thought it was normal so i booked my visit. i was there for about 30 minutes, did not run any test on me or nothing, she asked me if i needed a shot that will will help me with my skin so i asked how much does it cost, they said 12 dollars, so i said ok. They charged me 84.41 for the doctors visit, bought a cream 37 dollars. And i was out the door thinking i paid everything i needed to pay, well then i got hit with a charge of 118.62? apparently the Shot that was 12 dollars turned out to be 312 dollars and my insurance covered 230. so in reality the doctors visit cost me 471 dollars. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. i do not have an issue on paying for something if the people are HONEST. i hate these EXTRA HIDDEN COST. Go somewhere else and save you the frustration. This place is a REAL MONEY SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Home of the $600 mole removal In the beginning I was told that they did not like dealing with my health insurance company (Altura) so I would have to self pay. I assumed I would get a self pay discount of some sort, but was instead stuck with a $330 bill for the 10 minutes of work needed to remove a mole. Then I receive a bill from whoever they sent the mole off to. I was never informed of this by the Doctor and when I confronted them was told they don't have to tell me..

Such an unprofessional staff. Don’t be fooled by all the wonderful reviews. Only saw Dr. Kingston for maybe 2 minutes. I’ve emailed them because I had a question about one of the creams, after 3 days of no response I called and the nurse on the phone couldn’t bothered with my request and argued with me. Haven’t heard back since. Only thing wonderful about this place is the very nice front desk lady.

Dr. Kingston gave my lips and cheeks the most beautiful natural lift. It was painless, and I felt so good about myself for the past year. The treatments reduced the look of lip wrinkles, and hel[ped me look happier again. She's a true professional. She doesn't push her products to sell it. She gives her opinion if its too much or not enough. Excellent Dermatologist. I will fly from buffalo to Dallas to see her again for that reason only
