Friendly and Efficient
I saw Dr Haq today. His staff is very friendly, as is he. I was seen promptly and Dr Haq is easy to converse with. I feel confident in his ability to help me.

Patient centered: Excellent care.
Dr Haq and the entire staff provided excellent care during my first visit. From scheduling my appointment, intake and my initial visit with Dr Haq, listening to the patient and explaining the next steps in managing the discomfort in my trigger points ( neck and shoulder muscles ) was very important to me. Thank you.

I do NOT recommend Dr. Haq and his staff
He and his office staff especially the snip nurse he has working for him is very rude and dismissive. The wait time is horrible. They never call you back. He is not on time. You actually never really see him at all. He has his nurse May Chu FNP-C which is not qualified take over the appointment. She is pretty obnoxious to be honest. There is so much miscommunication from her that she will relay to the doctor. Awful experience here. What a shame! They don't care about their patients whatsoever!

Pretty happy
Saw him for my neck issues after trying everything I could. Listened and heard my issues and came up with a plan. Returned with a separate issue and he listened and answered my questions and is trying to figure out what is going on rather than send me to 2 different drs for the same outcome.

I was a patient of Dr. Haq, I have never met a more unprofessional doctor in my life , treated me like a criminal when i saw him in person , talked down to me and formed an opinion because yes i did have a problem with opioids in the past, but i restrict how many i take now to 2 a day , but I did a urine in my first meeting and was told that I had drugs in my system that I did not take, when I asked to see the lab report they said they couldn't show me even though its my medical record. BUT I still did what he asked and waited to take another UA but was never told to come in. I did a telemedicine apportionment still no word on an when to come in and then when i needed to see him again they talked to me like i did something wrong worse office ever!!

Absolutely horrible! I'm in a wheelchair and saw Dr Haq at Remington Transitional Center in Richardson after a car accident. Now that I am discharged and have no way to his office, I'm not getting any medication. I asked to meet at the rehab or be referred to a closer doctor....DENIED. Do not waste your time here! His staff doesn't care what you need!

I would highly recommend Dr. Adeel Haq! I was able to get a same day appointment and both he and his staff were kind, compassionate, and understanding of someone who is in a great deal of pain. I have been down this same road a few times now so I knew I was going to need facet or epidural injections. He provided temporary relief with trigger point injections in his office and I was able to quickly get scheduled for a couple rounds of facet injections. The whole experience with both his office and surgical staff was exceptional.

Dr.Haq is phenomenal in multiple approaches to pain management. He reviewed all my medical tecords/condition, confirmed with my primary care provider, cardiogist, and all those involved in my care. Preoccupied like he would rather be doing something else. Bedside manner is cold, poor. Talks AT you instead of TO you. His assistant Tuna is snide and talks too much about herself...seems needy.
