The doctor didn't even bothered to meet me. Just his nurse. She was absolutely lovely, but I paid $60 dollars for never even properly talking to the doctor.

Dr. Boutros has been my personal doctor for 20 years & is a excellent doctor. He is smart, compassionate, easy to talk to. The only thing is the wait is long in the lobby. Other than that great doctor. Personal who does referrals is fast & excellent.

This Doctor and personnel they don’t answer phone calls, can’t get appointment!If you do get an appointment be assured you will 2 hours or more till he sees you!My pharmacy has been to reach him for 3 weeks no reply!

Dr Boutros saved my life, he found out my headaches were due to a sinus infection and the cause of a sinus infection, a tooth root infection. May God Bless him Always. The other Doctors I saw before him didn’t figure it out and I was in excruciating pain. Dr Boutros prescribed the right meds, he is the Best Dr. ever. THANK YOU

Dr. Boutros has been seeing patients in my Senior Living community for over 10 years. He is the kindest most patient doctor I have ever known. He is uniquely attentive to every patient in his care, giving each one is full attention at all times. Dr. Boutros is also one of the most knowledgeable physicians I have ever worked with, and he does house calls to boot. It is not unusual to see him visiting patients in our community at all hours of the night. He is also now my personal physician - so speak from a personal perspective in addition to a professional one.

The constantly open the office more than 15 minutes late. They rarely answer the phone after 10am. The front office is awful and referalls dont always get sent out and they dont even check who they refer you to. I wait 5 months to see a specialist who cancelled on me the day of my appt. And said they would call me to reschedule but 3 weeks later they never called me. I calles them twice andnthey said they would call me back to reschedule. I asked the PA at Dr. Boutros office for a referral to someone else and it never got sent l. A few days later i called and asked if my referral went out and they said it went out today. It still never went out. 2 months later i asked himnagain for a referral and explained the debacle and sent a referral to the SAME Dr. That ouldn't get me into the office in 6 months for me ER follow up that I was supposed to have within 3 day of being discharged from hospital. I also need an urgent surgery for 2 years and still dont have a surgeon or surgery date!

Very bad experience, poor responce for communication So many unnecessary consultations to make prolonged hospital stay in the hospital Poor communication between office person and physician Family will never ask him to see patient again

If I could give this doctor zero stars I would in fact if I can give negative stars I would I assure you 100% the four reviews that are five stars are complete BS and probably left by his own staff how could they be over 31 one stars and for amazing reviews ? this is the worst doctor I’ve ever encountered in my entire life and I’m in my late 40s ! I’ve met the doctor once ! every other time it’s been an assistant of some sort .. who seem fresh out of school, probably there to get service hours! the one time I met the doctor my appointment was for 530 I arrived on time and I was told that I can wait in the lobby , which there was nearly 25 people waiting for their appointment ! I finally got to see the doctor around 8:45 PM and he possibly gave me one minute of his time —complete and utter disrespect for his patients —I wouldn’t wish this doctor on my worst enemy ! I’d rather go see my hamsters doctor to get me checked out than see him. Grade F-

The worst front office, and very careless. I missed my appointments twice, as they supposed to call me because of Covid-19 phone consultation. I had waited about a month and finally I was not able to talk to the doctor. Finally, I changed my primary doctor.

Very poor staff service. Communication gets lost between the Dr. And the staff. They will not follow through with prior Authorization for medication. Extremely unorganized. I don't recommend this office at all. I finally Changed Doctors. Very bad experience.

Patient at the hospital he heads and one of the worst doctors I’ve unfortunately have had to encounter. Luckily my surgeon was from a different medical group and I cannot wait to leave prospect medical and his group of doctors.

Dr. Boutros has been my doctor since 1986 and I highly recommend him as a great doctor. He has a great staff and his assistants are professional.

I was there on Nov 2018, doctor put the referral for me to see 3 specialists, although staff were telling me that "ya, we sent the request" but they never did until 5 days passed! (they were lying to me) finally they submitted the request; after 2-3 weeks and when I didn't receive any update, I called my insurance, they said they spoke with Pearl (one of the staff member) and she voided the request!! What? I was waiting to see specialist for 3 weeks and she voided the request! without talking to

I am a patient of Doctor Boutros, and am undergoing a surgery on friday. I have yet to meet the actual doctor Boutros. He/She (I dont even know this,) Is never in the office. I always see his assistant Thao Duong, PA-C. Not even sure what PA-C is, but he seems helpful. I hope I've right diagnosis for my illness. Too late to get a second opinion as to do so would delay my upcoming surgery which could be cancer and I have no time to wait! Would love to give this "Doctor"But NEVER have gotten see!
