My husband and I both see Dr. Saint-Jour. We felt like we hit the jackpot when we found her! She is a brilliant physician and can find a needle in a haystack when pinpointing a diagnosis. She is truly a physician's physician. We just hate that she is leaving Lexington Internists to become a hospitalist at Lexington Medical Center. We both will miss her!

I starting going to Dr. Saint-Jour because of my diabetes. She immediately came up with a plan and has continued to follow up with me. She always takes the time to listen, and if necessary, tweak the plan. As a result my A1C levels are down and I feel like I have better control of my diabetes. Dr. Saint-Jour is very pleasant and caring. I would highly recommend her.

I have been running medical societies for many years and I thoroughly check out physicians before choosing them. I have never regretted choosing Dr. St. Jour. I don't give too much credence to complainants here. Carefully review and you will find they deal with wait times, call backs, etc. I look at the quality of the physician and outcomes. Dr. St. Jour is an excellent physician, always listens, and has helped to improve my quality of life.

No personal care towards patient. Usually have to wait a day or two to get called back re. a medical problem! When it's 5:00, the doors are closed and they are gone!

I moved to South Carolina from Ohio and was looking for a doctor of internal medicine. I was so impressed with Dr. Saint-Jour's professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness. She didn't make me feel rushed, but rather took all the time needed to find out my medical history. I feel confident she genuinely cared how I felt about my health. She had good recommendations regarding standard tests such as cholesterol and diabetes. The office called with immediate feedback on all tests.

I rated a one star because I couldn't go lower. I have been so frustrated with the lack of care given to my elderly in-laws by this woman. The staff there are beyond incompetent. Twice, they have called to schedule an appointment only to be told that the doctor is on vacation and they will have to call back in a week or two. They don't offer them option of seeing another doc. My MIL has to call multiple times anytime they want an appointment or refills, etc. Find ANOTHER doctor, bottom line

She may be a decent physician but she is extremely condescending, and her office staff is even worse. They couldn't even get me in to see a doctor when I was sick and told me to go to urgent care instead. No purpose of having a primary care physician when they at this bad.

She was nice and friendly at first but after awhile she became rude and had zero bedside manner. She made me feel like I was a nuisance for coming in to get my issues resolved. The office staff is unorganized also. They didn't call me back with test results and don't return repeated calls. I was a patient for over 1 year. I will find another doctor. Never again with this one. She doesn't seem compassionate, caring or even very knowledgeable.
