We had the 1st appt with her. She was almost 2 hours late. B4 coming into the room, i overheard her on the phone on a personal call, while we were waiting and waiting and....when i asked why she was late, she became nasty and rude and told me that i could leave and that she didn't have to give anyone an explanation!! I would of left but the appt was for my mom. Her bedside manners are terrible! I believe she takes advantage of patients that won't speak up about her tardiness!!

If you are looking for a professional, and clean doctors office then this is not the place for you. Not only are all the staff members rude but they are not educated properly and have side conversations in Spanish the entire time while working. The doctor makes appointments at 9 am but doesn't even show until 11:30 or later every morning and no one has the decent curtesy to tell you that. By the time the doctor wants to see you she is completely rude and unprofessional and will not listen to you

This Dr. takes a lot of time but it's not because she cares. She is rude and unprofessional. I have never had a physician treat me like that ever. Her staff is inexperienced and she has PCT doing the jobs RNs are supposed to do! I changed doctors after she yelled at me and berated me.

Dr dedicates a lot of time to every patience, you might have to wait longer than in other dr's office, but it is precisely because the time Dr takes with each person especially if it is first appointment. Very caring staff.
