Allways a good experience,

I was having a medical problem, I called the office to request if Dr. Douglass would call me back when he had a chance. I didn't,t expect the call back so soon. He felt that I needed to be seen the very next day. I was very appreciated to be seen so so soon. He always take any problem you have very important. He always make sure there is a follow up appointment. Thank you Dr. Douglass, you are the best!!!!

My mother was in the hospital for 3 months without a check-in from Dr. Douglass. After getting out of the hospital and scheduling a visit the next day with Dr. Douglass she arrived 11 mins late and was told the Doctor would not see her because of the new policy. "If the patient is not in the office at the time of the appointment medical service will be refused." I asked how I was to know about the policy and if this is in the MDVIP agreement and was told no, the policy was recently put in place. I asked why this wasnt communicated when i made the appointment and got a blank look and no answer. I then asked to talk with Dr. Douglass but was told he was busy. I asked to get a call back from Dr.Douglass about a course of action for my mom and never received a call. I pay for MDVIP service at $2000 a year to get VIP care. A 91 year old might not be important to this practice but important to me and she deserves better!

I feel that I'm in good hands with Dr. Douglas and I am grateful to him and his staff for the interest and concern they show about my health.
