Lack of Communication
Telehealth
I found her medical experience for atrial fibrillation very good. All in all, I would say she is a good clinical doctor. Her treatment was, however, according to 'protocol' with little or no room for challenge from patient.I never saw Dr. Preston in person. First and second visits were via telehealth. I found this frustrating and a bit rude. I was newly diagnosed with afib and had many questions and concerns. All of this was during the height of Covid 19.I moved on to another cardiologist because I found Dr. Preston a bit arrogant and condescending. I am one of those people that needs to have a 'relationship' with my medical caregiver. I was disappointed that I felt we couldn't communicate well.
