Wonderful care of my mother
We're so grateful for his experience and care of my mother for her gallbladder surgery. She turned out to have an unusual case and he was very intuitive, skilled, compassionate, and kind with my mother and familly.

Highly skilled surgeon
Dr. Seah Performed colon resection on me. He’s very skilled and simply a nice man who also went out of his way for me related to other health issues when another Doc told me I had cancer (unrelated to association with Dr. Search) and walked out of the room leaving me stunned. Even is nurse assistant was floored and embarrassed.

One of the most brilliant trauma surgeons. He was a life saver in a very complex trauma. Highly recommend Dr. Seah and his team at Munson.

Dr. Seah told my 77 year old husband he could live with his diseased appendix. We discussed this odd treatment, told him we would really like to remove it because our insurance changes Jan 1, Oh no....like some guinea pig he is using for experiments, he insists he keep it. Tom's WBC shot up to 18,800. He was sick, feverish and we went back into Munson to have it removed....after Jan 1, when our insurance changed. The appendix was "obliterated" ( surgeons words ). He had a blockage of bowel, infection and pieces of appendix and was able to excise it through laparoscopy. Two other surgeons in the same office asked why it wasn"t removed when we came to the er the first time. Dr. Seah caused undue pain, weight loss, a trip to Florida and thousands of dollars unnecessarily. Why are we paying him anything? I feel he owes us, Try listening to your patients.

If there was a zero to rate the likelihood of me recommending Dr. Seah, I would have chosen it. When I first realized I needed surgery, he took a lot of time to explain everything and I had confidence in his ability. I was contemplating a surgeon downstate, and I wish now I had not chosen him as my surgeon. He botched my surgery. He did not put a drain tube in, and that caused me to have a massive hematoma. When I went back after surgery (because I was swollen beyond belief), he was on vacation. His nurse took one look at me and was shocked. When he returned, he told me not to touch it - that a piece could break off, enter my blood stream, and cause me to have a stroke. I ended up going to CTCA, where they told me I should have been massaging the hematoma to try to break it up. It's been 3 1/2 years and I suffer every day with pain. In addition, I cannot have mammograms moving forward due to this mess. He would never be my choice and I wish I head read this type of review 3 years ago.
