Dr. Jathal is a kind and caring dr. He listens to his patients and doesn't rush us out like we're just a number.

I’m a new patient of Dr. Jathal. His office staff are all highly professional and friendly. Dr. Jathal, himself, is very good at explaining in terms that are easy to comprehend. He not only listens, but he hears your concerns and addresses them accordingly. He’s kind, and also easy going, and puts his patients at ease.

I had questions and was satisfied with his answers. He listened and responded .

Dr .Jathal is an excellent listener. More than that, he explains his diagnosis and treatment protocol in a clear, easy to understand manner. I felt that I was in good hands with him.

I had two appointments with the physician and had an hour’s wait (after appointment time) both instances. The second visit was to provide me the results of a test done at the local hospital. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me and he could have provided me the results remotely. Since test results were negative for cancer but didn’t show any other results to indicate cause of my GI problems, physician stated that I would need to be referred to Orlando for those tests. I will then make an appointment in Orlando with a known GI specialist. What a disappointing waste of time.

In addition to being seen immediately by an incredibly knowledgeable 4th year med student with a great bedside manner, Dr. Jathal gave me a Ted Talk on my condition, the current research findings, and steps forward in terms that I understood. He didn't talk above my comprehension as a lay person. He was very didactive and patient with Michelle (who will make a GREAT doctor one day).I am so thankful for the referral to Dr. Jathal!

Dr. Jatahl is amazing. He was great at helping me describe my issue. He wanted to make sure he understood and used demonstration for me to share which thing was happening. He then determined what the problem MAY be and prescribed the necessary testing for accurate diagnosis.
