I don’t know if I can leave good review only by staff who taking care the new patient as first time Rude, wasn’t helpful at all , customer service is very very important for any of business . Not recommended

I went to visit Dr. Cha because my regular OBGYN didn't seem to think the issues I was having were abnormal for my age. I appreciated Dr. Cha so much for listening and agreeing that what I was experiencing was in fact NOT normal and wanting to help me figure out what is going on. She listened to everything I said and took detailed notes. The office was really nice and the wait was super short.

I absolutely love going to Dr. Cha . She has always been very professional and detailed with my visits. I would refer her to anyone. She is very caring and honest up front. I Have never had a bad experience with Dr. Cha or her staff and i have visited the office 4 times in the last 6 months.

I drive 772 miles to see Dr. Ann Cha and it’s worth every mile (386 there & 386 back). At my age of 52, I am not a spring chicken any more & my health is becoming a bigger priority than before. I can honestly say that nothing will get past Dr. Cha. She is the most detailed, thorough & competent Dr. I have ever found. Her office is pretty and her staff is just as amazing as she is. I will keep driving back for as long as I can so that my care can remain in Dr. Cha’s hands.

I will not be returning to this office. I was given misinformation twice about the cost of my visit. When I asked to speak to the doctor about it I was told she was on a conference call and would not be able to speak to me. I then was asked to leave the office. They could see I was visibly upset... in tears actually. But it appears it is the practice to just dismiss patients. This doctor is also listed as Ann cha on the internet as well. The person I spoke with at the counter was the office manager. She's the one who asked me to leave when I became tearful. Very uncaring office staff! I see there are other reviews online with the same feedback. I didn't read them beforehand because I was looking at Ann cha rather than Ae Seon Cha . She is one and the same! I do not recommend!!!

Horrible doctor and office staff... My wife and I went to see her because she is Korean. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.. 1. Rude staff. Her office manager is absolutely rude. She wears scrubs as if she is a medical personnel. She told us that we had to pay the office $1500 up front. 2. Doctor does not care about how her office is run. When I brought these issues and others, she did nothing to correct the issues. She did not return calls. 3. Got charged everything without sending $$ to insurance 1st.

This doctor do not even deserve this any star. I went to see her this afternoon, after nurse check me in and told me undress, 10 minutes later, another nurse told me to leave a urine sample. I said you should let me know first thing before I undress, the nurse said it's not my fault. Then I ask for water, which she give me a very small cup. Five minutes later, she come in to ask me to give urine, I said I do not have. Then the doctor came to tell me that I am not a suitable patient and should fi

I am so glad that I found Dr. Cha's office. I went into her office for one small procedure and ended up having to have surgery. She and all of her staff were very professional and helpful and caring. They really take the time to get to know their patients and I really appreciate that. Even though I had to pay my deductible upfront because of my insurance plan, I was informed that if there was any overpayment then they would be sure to get me a refund. And they did! I highly recommend.

I went to Dr. Cha's office to have the Mona Lisa procedure. I left 2 days ago for my third of 3 rounds of the procedure. I must first say that Dr. Cha and her entire staff are amazing! The staff was extremely professional. The office manager made sure that I was seen in a timely fashion and she was very friendly and patient. Although I was not the typical candidate for which this procedure was designed, I had it done as preventative feminine care. I highly recommend going to Dr. Cha!
