Dr. Agnieszka Kitowicz, MD

I think she is very thorough and compassionate. I can't imagine why anyone would say that she is rude. She cares about her patients.

She was expremely RUDE! It might just be coincidence, but the parking lot was empty. Again it might be coincidence or maybe a lot of other people avoid going there on Hinshaw's day off.

Dr. Kitowitz is incredible. I drive from far North Dallas to Garland to see her. She always keeps my bloodwork up to date. She makes sure I get my yearly physicals and mammograms. She also thinks of your cost with prescription drugs. She has the best bedside manner. I love her.

While I think that Dr. Kitowicz is a very good doctor, I believe that the fact that she doesn't care how her staff treats the patient makes her a bad doctor. I've been waiting for over 90 minutes to be seen, having a 100-degree fever, cough, shivering, and now one cared how I feel. I went to the window and asked for my chake back and the office manager did not even have the courtesy to ask me what has happend. They just handed me the check. I had to go to CareNow for treatment. Dr. Kitowicz is my doctor for 6 years. I was never happy with the staff in her office but she is good so I decided to continue to see her. Unfortunately, I have to leave her because of her staff. If she doesn't know how they treat patients, she is not a good doctor.

She listens and considers my point of view. The wait time is typical.

At 1st, she appeared to be a concerned Dr. As I have used her for almost 1 year, I now see she does not understand abt. pain & insomnia. She will tell U she will prescribe a particular medicine, then she changes her mind w/o telling U. I would leave msgs and not get a call back as to why my Rx’s were not sent ta the pharmacy. I will look for another pcp. I wonder if Dr Hinshaw, the doctor who owns the clinic is aware of some things she is doing that causes patients to leave his practice??????

I love going to Dr. Kitowicz, she is very personable and easy to talk to regardless of the subject. If you have an appointment, wait time is minimal, if not you could wait awhile, but they will see you the same day.

she is the absolute worst doctor I have ever been to and was prescribing the medication for a psychological disease that I do not have . I would recommend strongly to anyone who is thinking about visiting go somewhere else.
