Dr. Ahmed Abuhasna, DO

I tried to find any ratings on Dr. Abuhasna before I visited him, having experienced visits with new doctors that were very distasteful, but I did not come across any reviews online. I was skeptical because establishing care with a good primary care physician is very important. I want to share my experience because Dr. Abuhasna truly deserves more amazing reviews! While I did need to line up a PCP in general, my main intention was to get a better grip on my digestive health concerns after being treated with a Functional Medicine approach. I was seeking more traditional treatment, and Dr. Abuhasna was extremely patient with me as I explained the many types of care I had received over the past year. Dr. Abuhasna was very straightforward about what evidence-based steps I should take, but I did not feel any condescension nor pressure to make any changes that I was not comfortable with. I was pleased with his suggestions and will definitely see him again in the future!
