My wife and I recently had a disappointing experience during our visit with Dr. Ahmed Badawi at Mom Docs 83rd Ave and Thomas in Phoenix. Despite our hopes for a positive and supportive encounter, we found ourselves met with rudeness, disrespect, and an alarming lack of professionalism.During our appointment, Dr. Ahmed Badawi displayed a concerning attitude of condescension and superiority. He repeatedly dismissed our concerns and preferences, opting instead to assert his authority as a 'board certified' doctor. His demeanor was not only disrespectful but also intimidating, leaving us feeling unheard and disrespected.At one point, Dr. Ahmed Badawi even went so far as to throw a temper tantrum when we expressed our desire to explore alternative treatment options. His behavior was nothing short of unbecoming of a medical professional, coming across as petty and childish.Thankfully, the manager of the medical facility, intervened and provided us with an alternative provider.
