The Dr. Spent a lot of time reviewing personal records regarding my blood pressure to come up with recommendation as to handle my concerns and needs. He listened very carefully to my questions and comments.

Dr. E listened well and changed a medication based upon information obtained in our discussion.

Very professional and highly recommend them.

I had a few questions and concerns. All were answered to my complete satisfaction in a way I thoroughly understood.

Dr. Elsherbiny went above and beyond doing work for me. He recommended I go off to RX. I've been on. I've now been off of them for two weeks and don't miss them at all. Referred me to a kidney doctor and an appointment was made quickly. Also scheduled to have myG being done during the appointment and then had an echo cardiac program done later.

Anytime one sees a new medical professional, there is bound to be some apprehension. In my experiences, this is mitigated any time I visit a Houston Methodist facility as their medical professionals are always top notch, particularly in their bedside manner.It was no different this time. Dr. Elsherbiny has a wonderful bedside manner. One thing that stood out most to me was his ability to give me advice on how to improve my health in a manner that was never condescending.

Very nice and competent doctor. Just NEVER let them 'loan' you a heart monitor (they do this for a month to get a better reading on one's heart function). In our case we returned the monitor, but are now being billed by the company 'Vital Connect' as they claim it was never returned. We don't know where the issue is, maybe the doctor's staff, maybe Vital Connect, but in either case, DO NOT let them 'loan' you this monitor.UPDATE: Winds up that Vital Connect didn't charge us the $300 for not returning the monitor, but they did then charge us $364 for being 'Out of Network' for their service, even though we were given the system at the office and we are in a PPO (Blue Cross). So we were stuck having to pay that amount in the end. So BE CAREFUL with them!
