An excellent doctor
I have interacted with Dr. Kurdi many times in the last 16 months as Mayo treated my Achalasia. Several times were in person visits and others were through his MAYO portal. I have always found him to be patient, caring, courteous, and extremely competent.

He gave me a verbal tongue lashing loud enough that I had to move phone from my ear. I had called his office twice in one day regarding a medication he said he ordered, but had not. I was anxious to begin the treatment. He called me the next day to let me know I was not his only patient and that I cannot expect immediate action. The medication order arrived two days after he first said it was sent.
