DO BETTER
This is a continuation of my last review. I requested a full thyroid panel and she looked at me like it was absurd. I requested a refill for an inhaler with the assistant but it never got filled. I have bad asthma and she knows this. She order only a few things for blood work but nothing for thyroid except TSH. The fact that she thinks me being abnormally exhausted to the point of wanting to pass it and nap right after a mild workout is bonkers to me. The cherry on the cake was after the appointment, I got a small cold and this of course bothered my asthma. I go through this at least twice a year where I need prednisone when my inhaler and nebulizer fail to work. I have no problem getting this from urgent care because they are smart, caring doctors without the attitude. I called the office to request a script for it and nurse called and told me the doctor doesn't want to approve it. Reading all the reviews online make sense. Examined me with no gloves either. Go somewhere better!

YOU ARE FIRED – Mar 05, 2024

Careless
I went to see her on Feb 27th 2024 I was telling her about the weakness I feel in my knees she said “don’t tell me you feel weakness in your knees you are young” and she kept the conversation moving. I also told her other things that I wanted done it was like I was fighting to get her to help me out. As a doctor you should listen to your patient not assume and denied everything they say. I was very disappointed because it was my first hospital visit in the US and it was awfull, I will be switching doctors because I do not like how she does not empathize and quick to send you away. Had a physical exam so many things she did not do. She failed to use the stethoscope on my abdomen, did not check my skin, did not look at my nose, she did not ask me to walk to do a neuro exam, she did not look at my eye, no checking for extremities swelling redness or pain. I asked for a urinalysis for burning sensation she didn’t do it, no testicular exam, she ordered a blood test and X-ray thank God

I will never go back – Feb 28, 2024

Dr. Hanna doesn’t seem to care about her patients. Every time I’m scheduled to see her its always,“ what am I here for” How am I suppose to know if you scheduled me. She seems rude and never cares about what the patient have to say. I got a new doctor now, and supposedly I’m behind on certain vaccines.Dr. Hannah how is it that I’m behind vaccines when I see you every year. I don’t recommend this doctor. If you have her Change her.

She doesn’t like to hear patients out. If you are the patient it means you feel whatever is going on with your body. When you tell her she always makes up something and won’t listen to you but instead tells you oh that’s nothing , blah blah

Dr Hannah doesn't seem to care about her patients well being. She doesn't return phone calls or get back to you about test results. Condescending and zero compassion towards patients with mental health issues. Unsatisfactory PCD.
