So bad
When I present a problem, she brushes it off as not possible. Then she runs the test and turns out I was right. I have a telehealth appointment with her to ask about a symptom I'm experiencing, she tells me 'I don't know why you're experiencing that' and tries to hang up after less than 5 minutes... doesn't ask questions to figure out what might be happening, doesn't try to solve the issue. When I got a test result that made me cry, she seemed completely unable to empathize about why I might be emotional. Sorry, but she is neither knowledgeable nor compassionate. I have had to correct her on basic biology facts when she drew incorrect conclusions about my illness.

I have been seeing Dr. Zhang for around 3 years now. Its usually the annual checkups or minor cold or allergies, very helpful and caring information wise. She always suggests some healthy lifestyle tips against the conditions I was having. She also tries to explain the conditions and medications as much as possible in a way a non medical profession can understand. Visits are always fast because I usually go for the few conditions like allergies as I dont get sick often but I dont feel rushed.
