We live in the Pacific Northwest and two other hospitals turned our son down for initial visits that also included treatment for a desmoid tumor. Regionally, we had nowhere else to take him. Dr. Crago and her staff worked diligently to have our son seen and the tumor surgically removed, all during the pandemic. It was difficult traveling into New York State from a state considered a "hot zone" for COVID-19, and again Dr. Crago's staff worked miraculously to ensure our son was treated and the tumor was surgically removed. Dr. Crago and the entire staff at Memorial Sloan Kettering took amazing care of our boy and I am forever grateful. Thank you again, Dr. Crago, you are an amazing doctor and human being.

Was sent to see Dr Crago because of growths in my back and other doctors didn’t know what they were. Office visit was fine and she brushed off my comment about extreme claustrophobia and doing an MRI. “Our team is the one who writes the textbooks everyone else uses.” Ok... MRI team did not know where to scan me and several technicians had to come feel around to find the growths. So I go in for the biopsy and the doctor is not even involved. Ok can anyone tell me if she’s even spoken to the radiologist? I mean imaging had no directions. Why would I let someone go in and randomly cut me? Especially when no one could tell me if a conversation had been had. Worst experience yet and I’ve got an hereditary cancer syndrome and done this 6 times prior. Not a good doctor

I choose MSK based on their reputation. I was given Dr Crago for my appt. She was very courteous and listened to everything I had to say. She explained everything in terms I could understand and was able to put my mind at ease, dont be fooled by her sweet spoken voice Dr Crago is very experienced and knowledgeable. MSK & Dr Crago exceeded my expectations. The staff at the Commack office is very professional, caring & friendly. I am blessed not to have cancer, but if need be I know where to go

Dr. Crago was AMAZING!!!! She is a Dr. who is straight to the point and answered all questions. She diagnosed the cancer on the first visit and proceeded with the utmost professionalism. Surgery followed with the removal of a huge tumor that had attached to the kidney and within a few weeks life resumed back to normal. This was a little over one year ago and have had several follow up visits and still remain cancer free. Support staff and EVERYONE in the offices are truly professional and caring

She convinced me on taking chemotherapy, when she knew it would only work 20-40% of the time. I very reluctantly took the chemo, which resulted tumor to grow even faster and encased the adjacent vital nerve. As result a massive surgery had to be done to remove the tumor, and also good part of the femoral nerve. Left Rectus abdominal Muscle was also removed.
