Great doctor
Came here to review, and was surprised by some of the ratings. Maybe some people don’t like smart women. I was pretty sick when I went in, and she figured out what was wrong. I had a bunch of questions that she answered. It’s been a few weeks and I literally feel better than I have in a couple years. (It helps to be getting the right treatment finally.) That’s why the review. Really a lifesaver. I can’t believe how much better I feel.

HORRIBLE doctor - Beware!
Did not give adequate care to my mother. Unwilling to listen to the families complaints or help in any way, very rude. She’s a loose cannon and not very intelligent. Bad bedside manner and also bad care. Thankfully another doctor was there that actually did help.

Smart, kind, professional
I liked her so much. She asked good, specific questions to diagnose me and recommend a good plan, explained everything, answered all my questions, too. I noticed the nurses liked her—always a good sign.

shock misstated a few things in her reports on me. she is cold. she has no professional demeanor. she decided i was not in pain when i wanted real food, even though i explained why a few times. she decided i couldn’t be in pain b/c the x-ray showed my ileus had resolved and my vitals were good, even though the report said it showed improvement. i decided to leave when i shouldn’t have b/c i thought i would be better off at home not being in pain v. there not being pain. i told her nurse, i think i’m just going to leave now. her nurse said you want to leave AMA? i didn’t know what that meant. her nurse explained it to me and i decided to stay to see how i felt after dinner. i ate dinner and the pain was still there. i signed discharge papers, leaving the right way. she put on her report i THREATENED TO LEAVE AMA. i didn’t threaten anything. i found her difficult to deal with and unyielding in her opinions.
