dismal experience
I've only been a patient since January of 2021. I have had to intervene every step of the way getting my Rxs and my lab work and appointments right. The doc is new, young, very inexperienced. Not at all proactive. Her MA doesn't seem to have ANY aptitude for the digital record-keeping...doesn't know how to email attachments. Not at all professional. The Doc. The MA. The office staff. Not everyone who's smart enough to get through med school should become an actual physician. Legal intervention pending. I don't believe my doc knows my first name. She refers to me by my last name...but no Mr./Mrs./Ms....after over a year.
