We’ve been waiting for a return call for 4 days for paperwork that was supposed to be returned 3 days ago!

It was all good... And reassuring... But when reading the notes, there was wrong info... Said I had experienced the pain for a few minutes. The actual information was that I experienced the excruciating pain for 45 minutes and that it slowly subsided over the next six hours. (That's way different, in my opinion)
