Long-term patient
Dr. Golwala and Staff are very professional, takes the time to listen, explain, and recommend the best treatment option for my Senior Aunt with Alzheimer’s disease. Dr. Golwala and Staff has navigated me through multiple hospitalizations and intensive rehab with my Auntie. They truly care about her health and wellbeing. Super easy to get medication refills and he takes time to manage their medications with quarterly med check appointments. So glad we found this practice!

My senior mother is very happy with Dr. Golwala and that means a lot to us. She is often difficult, but he's so patient with her, every visit. She refuses to see any other doctor, except Dr. G. We are grateful for his care.

MD is not as accessible as other PCP's in the area. Refuses to authorize refills/write refills on prescriptions. He wants you to come in every 3 months in order to refill prescriptions, even for long-term medications. In addition, I was kept on a blood pressure and thyroid medication unnecessarily for 2 years (another MD finally took me off). His practice does not have an on-call emergency line.

I have been going to Dr. Golwala for years and am satisfied with the level of care I am provided. He and his staff are good listeners and I do not feel like the Dr. is rushing to another appointment until ours is complete, unlike some other practices that feel like a patient relay race.
