Great Doctor!
After 13 years with my GP, I was looking for a doctor who had more of newer approach to medicine as well as coaching on pain management and helping rule out other concerns. I called the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville to see if any of their doctors were practicing in central Florida because I wanted to make sure I found the best doctor. I must say Dr. De Aza has been a blessing and a great experience for me and more than I can ever expect from my GP/PCP. I highly recommend her to anyone whose looking for compassion, empathy, care and the most thorough GP I’ve ever worked with. I look forward to working with her because she genuinely has my well-being in mind as she will for you. Thank you Dr. De Aza!

Awful. Won’t follow up or fit you in. even when you find you have something fatal going on. Rude and short with responses. Consistently more worried about charting. Some huge shift happened from a year ago until now.

She is very rude. She does not listen. Does not care. Lab result reviews were terrible. For the smallest thing she sent you to a specialist. She argues when you need medicine. Never in my life have I had a Dr made you feel like they didnt care. She asked me if I had a series of checks done and she took my word word for it and didn't do it. When I questioned her, and I'm no Dr, but I'm not dumb and I dont need a medical degree to ask questions or ask for clarity, she would dance around the question. She made a statement that my condition was "out of control", I told her I've changed my life and healthier, she didnt care, so I took her challenge, did my labs and my numbers came back as normal. After proving her wrong, she decided to she no longer wanted to be my PCP, left me working 30 days of meds and said good luck. Find a new PCP - all in the middle of a pandemic when she should care more than ever. I would stay FAR away from her.

She's ok, didn't have a lot of feed back for my out of range labs. I asked her a question about Lupus and she said she didn't know much about it. She is nice though.

In all of my adult years as a patient, she has been the only doctor who takes time to listen to me as a patient AND read my records to properly tend to my needs. I have been with her for the past 6 years... I moved away for about a year and when I returned I followed her from the previous practice. I will not have it any other way. She is my doctor until...

I was seen by this practice in Feb. 2017. Although a new patient, I was not seen as a New Patient office visit. I was there to refill a prescription, with the intent to make another appointment for a Physical. I received a bill of $498.00, my insurance covering $272.00. I was horrified! I have a balance of $225. I was now given a discount of $50. $272. will suffice as it is overpayment already. Speechless and very disappointed.
