Finally a Hematologist I can trust
I was seeing a hematologist for a clotting disorder and she was not hearing me. I finally gave up, advocating for myself I sought out a new Dr. I am so grateful I found Dr. Patel. He actually cared and listed to my concerns, and explained everything in detail. I also forgot to ask something so I messaged him in the Optum app. He called me back. This is a wow factor for me. You’re not just another $$ sign. You’re his patient. Do yourself a favor and see him. He is a straight shooter.

Finally a Doc who meets and exceeds expectations
Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable, skilled & compassionate. The care I received from Dr. Patel was exceptional. He listened attentively to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. His recommended treatment had positive results. The whole team at the clinic had a high level of professionalism and made me feel cared for genuinely throughout my visit. The nurses were so hardworking, selfless and full of smiles. It felt amazing to be there. I wish this practice stays open forever.
