HORRIBLE CARE. SHOULDN'T BE A DOCTOR!
I went to Dr. Nathawat at University Health, SouthWest Clinic for a PCP, and for medication maintenance. He assured me he would review my prescription with my previous doctor, due to its sensitivity. After receiving my medical records and confirming my prescription, Dr. Nathawat changed his mind and chose not to prescribe my medication. However, this was never articulated to me. I called the office for 2 weeks, asking for an update, only to be ignored. He never followed up, explaining why, or provided follow up care. I was informed of my medical status FROM THE OPERATOR!!! Not the medical staff. Dr. Nathawat referred my care to a clinic that doesn't manage my care. I received no medical care, and paid out of pocket for to chase a Doctor that wasted my time and my previous Doctor's time.
