Dr. Alan Bell, MD

I went in to get a consult after my wisdom tooth removal surgery that caused numbness in half of my mouth and face due to nerve damage during the procedure. He not only showed up an hour and half late to the appointment, but then proceeded to only spend 5 minutes with me to review my nerve damage and told me to wait it out. Did not check what on my face was numb, did not schedule a follow-up, and did not apologize for making me wait 1.5 hours. Extremely unprofessional and rude. If a patient is coming in to see you for a consult, at least spend more than 5 minutes speaking to them about their problem. I paid for an hour long visit and got 5 minutes of something I could have googled. By far the worst patient experience and absolutely zero manners from this doctor. Very disappointed and will be going to another clinic for someone to truly diagnose and help me.

Reviewed all previous test results and answered all questions. Formulated a plan for future testing and needs.

My experience with Dr. Bell was nothing short of perfect.Dr. Bell is the kind of Dr. you want as he has a good bedside manner. Dr. Bell was informative in regards to my tests.My whole experience from setting up my appointment to testing day was great!

As a first time patient of Dr Bell, coming from another reputable facility, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was more than pleasantly surprised and a bit overwhelmed at what I had been missing. I had grown accustomed to rushed appointments and a lack of any type of sense of urgency. Dr Bell was the exact opposite. The Doctor showed compassion, patience and a true sense of urgency to get to a common sense short term resolution as well as a path for the future. I could not have been happier as a patient. I am now hopeful again and look forward to working with the Doctor in the future. Thank you Dr Bell.

I've been a patient for 20 years diagnosed with ms. I remember my first appointment in the waiting room before my first appointment. I was impatiently thinking it was taking too long. Then I got in the room, met him and realized what he was all about. He intricately explains your disease to you and all that comes with it. At some point I remember thinking,ah, this is worth waiting for. Specialists take their time to explain, in detail, your issue. Dr. Bell has seen me through the worst and the best as I have him. I saw him through his wife passing away and getting remarried. He's seen me through many relapses and many apartments. I highly recommend this highly knowledgeable, relatable physician.

Dr. Bell is an excellent doctor. He has significantly reduced my migraine episodes. It has literally changed my life.

Worked to find a solution that worked for me after suffering repetitive migraines for many years only mildly treated by other providers. Dr Bell persisted until my perfect solution was found

Dr. Bell replaced my previous neurologist of 30+ years and basically listened carefully to me who has a very unusual condition and am very educated on the topic. He spent at least 40 minutes on my first visit with him. No rush! He continued my unusual medication prescriptions from my previous neurologist.

Parents have been patients of Dr Bell for 2O+ yrs combined. Fruitless attempts to get his office to work effectively and efficiently on their behalf with their insurance company, to no avail. Endless excuses untruths and finger pointing, shows total lack of respect or concern, for their well being. Absolutely no accountability from his medical assistant, who has been hostile and unprofessional when attempting to get answers! Inexcusable. Ultimately, a reflection on Dr Bell.
