High Praise for GA Endoscopy Center
As there was a history of colon cancer in my family, I was overdue for a screening, having had only one other in 2018. This time I was referred to Dr. Alan Fixelle, and I must say he and his staff are tops. The first screening in 2018 was barbaric in comparison (no names mentioned!). I wouldn't trust anyone else to do this besides him. Thanks!

Dr Fixelle takes great care to talk to you find out exactly what your problem is. Then one at a time works a solution until the problem is solved. I can’t thank him enough for spending the time and caring about meAs a patient. There are so many doctors who get you in and get you out And throw a bunch of prescriptions at you and say good luck. Dr Fixelle does not do that he’s really a great listener and good doctor

My father died from colon cancer spreading throughout his body. I first used Dr. Fixelle about 20 years ago and he removed 4 pre cancerous polyps during the procedure. I have since used another clinic and it did not compare to Dr. Fixelle's clinic in terms of responsiveness. I will be using Dr. Fixelle's clinic again soon for a colonoscopy and I feel totally comfortable and safe with him. During the office visit, he demonstrated that he is very knowledgeable. The office staff responds very quickly and are helpful. Dr. Fixelle is really great at what he does

My husband went to Emory Johns Creek ER in excruciating pain, was sent home. It was Thanksgiving Eve, and the hospital didn’t want to call in a GI Specialist on a holiday. Long story short, Dr Fixelle responded to my after hours call, and saved my husband’s life by having him immediately come to St Joseph’s ER. My husband had a ruptured appendix requiring emergency surgery. My husband wouldn’t be alive today if it wasn’t for Dr Fixelle’s responsiveness and quick thinking over a holiday. God bless Dr Fixelle!

This man is AMAZING! He took his time with me and really listened. I have a complex medical history and he was as professional as he could be. They truly don’t make doctors like this any more. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

Very competent and thorough!! Spends plenty of time to get to know the patient and diagnose the problem! Was referred here by my colon & rectal doctor for an "upper check". Problem diagnosed quickly with appropriate remedies prescribed! First class operation!

Dr. Fixelle was very personable, very focused on making me comfortable with him and the procedure. I especially liked drifting off to Jazz music before the procedure. Afterwards he explained in detail about what he did and what he found; he even included photos of areas that required and received attention.
