Don't waste your time, go straight to Dr. Garely
After struggling and going through an unsuccessful procedure with another doctor, I thought I would have to live with it forever. Dr. Garely, however, was able to fix what others couldn’t. He’s at top of his field and his expertise made all the difference. He has an amazing bedside manner, prepared me thoroughly for what to expect and made the whole process so much easier. Don’t waste your time like I did—go straight to Dr. Garely.

Dr. Garely changed my life!
I had a prolapsed bladder and some other pelvic issues and Dr. Garely literally changed my life for the better! I am now able to lead a normal life, without the hindrance of stopping at the restroom every 15 minutes. He is a brilliant surgeon, with a kind and caring demeanor that put my impending surgery at ease. I would highly recommend him to anyone with pelvic issues.

Straight forward and knowledgeable
Had bladder prolapse for yrs finally it was interfering with everyday life and had no choice but to see Urogynocologist for help. Dr Alan Garley recommended surgery which I did promptly. Everything went great was not painful at all afterwards just uncomfortable. South Nassau Hospital in Oceanside was top notch staff nurses operating room etc. just had almost 4 week check up. All is great and feeling pretty good. Still have to wait till 6 week go back yoga and gym. I was very nervous before hand but if your having same issue go have it done you’ll be happy you did.

Amazing Doctor - Highly Recommend
He is a superb doctor. My grandmother had a procedure done on January 4th, 2024 at Mt. Sinai Hospital and he took care of her from the moment he met her. He was kind and wonderful and he explained things so thoroughly. He brought our family such comfort and eased any trace of concern and worry away. She has recovered beautifully and he immensely improved her quality of life and for that, I’m extremely grateful. I would recommend him to anyone.

Highly Recommend Dr. Garley
I had rectocele surgery in 2022 by a different doctor. Unfortunately, the surgery failed. My gynecologist recommended Dr. Garely, who specializes in failed surgeries. Dr. Garley performed another rectocele surgery and a hysterectomy. My recovery from this surgery was so much easier than the last and it was a success. I would highly recommend Dr Garley. I'm just sorry I didn't see him initially when I first had my issues.

Amazing Surgeon
After years of not feeling well and suffering with multiple issues that were impacting my daily lifestyle, I was blessed to finally find Dr. Garely. At my initial consultation he spent a decent amount of time with me asking me questions and answering all of mine. By the end of my consultation he was able to diagnose my problems and had a plan that same day. He was confident that he would be able to get me better. Dr. Garely, also has a wonderful down to earth, funny bed side manner which made me feel even more comfortable. I knew I was in the right hands and scheduled my surgery. I am now 6 weeks post op and finally free of the issues I was suffering from prior to my surgery. Finally, I can do all the things I love to do again. I am grateful to have found Dr. Garely and I highly recommend him.

Dr Garely is an excellent doctor!
Excellent surgeon for Uro-Gyn issues! And he has a wonderfully supportive team assisting him. Dr Garely is a positive person, who explains things clearly, and is very experienced. I understand why my regular gynecologist recommended him to do my surgery!

Traveled from AZ to NY
I was recommended to a Urogynecologist. This Doc is the best in his field. I was treated with the utmost care. He answered every question & prepared me for the surgery completely. He was professional, caring & empathetic to all my needs. Very little pain even though I had a lot of work done. He is an EXPERT in his field.

Dr Garely is a great surgeon
What stood out to me on my first visit was how knowledgeable Dr Garely was about exactly what I needed done. I scheduled my surgery that day, had the surgery in June and was done at Oceanside , a beautiful facility with a wonderful staff of nurses. Today was my second follow up appointment. My recovery was a breeze, and I am feeling great after a few years of living with a prolapsed bladder. If you are considering this surgery for a better quality of life, do this. I told Dr Garely he changed my life for the better. This man is caring and a great surgeon, I highly recommend Dr Garely!!

Amazing Experience
Excellent Physician After suffering with an over active bladder for a long time. I can not believe the difference in my life since I had the surgery. I am only sorry that I was not able to do this sooner. Dr Garley is caring, pleasant who talks to you in layman’s terms that I was able to understand. Laura his assistant was amazing and Desiree the receptionist was also amazing. Excellent experience I highly recommended.

Dr. Garely
I had surgery with Dr. Garely and I am very pleased with the outcome. He corrected a previous problem and I only stayed one night in the hospital. It has been several months and the problem has not reoccurred. I am very happy with the results.
