Dr. Garrett - fantastic!
Dr. Garrett has been amazing and I will be recommending him to my friends and family if they ever need a podiatrist. Not only did he do a great job on my surgery, but he also ‘walked’ me through all options for my foot surgery and clearly discussed estimated timelines for recovery, any potential future limitations, and made me feel extremely confident that he would take care of my surgery to the best of his ability. I will forever be grateful for his good work and steady hands!

Wonderful
Dr Garrett And his staff have taken wonderful care of me. He did a very big surgery on my foot and ankle. Everything is healing up wonderful. Five days after the surgery, I was pain-free. He is Really caring and has checked up on me constantly.

Pleasant visit
Dr. Garrett explained in detail what was causing my foot pain. Went above and beyond to help with and provide a solution. I didn’t feel rushed at all. If a doc visit can be called enjoyable, this one was. He has been my provider for several years. I highly recommend him.

Excellent Visit & Treatment
Dr. Garrett was on time and very personable. He explained everything thoroughly and promptly performed the procedure. I scarcely knew he was working on my toe (excellent anesthesia). Later, when I got home I had no discomfort. Changing the dressing was easy and he gave good instructions. I would be happy to return for similar procedures on other toes.

Excellent
I have had 2 separate surgeries with Dr. Garrett—multiple metatarsal fractures left, and flat foot/bunion correction with tendon transfer right. He explained everything, using my X rays, before and after both surgeries. Post op care was excellent; my pain was addressed, my healing and therapy monitored. His staff are friendly and competent. Wait time was minimal and office visits handled efficiently. I could not have asked for better care.

He takes time to explain everything. You never feel rushed. His office does an outstanding job of scheduling procedures and surgery. His follow up is through and always curtious. Highly recommend

Horribly disappointed
Directions from receptionists made me late, if l walked l would be on time, (oh no she said!) got back in my car while still on phone to this receptionist drove to the “other” parking garage, the doctor over booked, told me to reschedule, refused me a letter for work! Good to know now then while in surgery, right?

Amazing Doctor
It was by chance that I met Dr. Garrett. I went in to see about participating in a study that he was doing, found out I was not a candidate, but he was the first Foot Specialist that ever took a real look at my feet and determined that I needed help. After sending me to get fitted for new speciality shoes with the proper inserts I went back and we discussed exactly what I needed done to correct my right foot and to stop the constant pain. He performed surgery on my foot in May 2022 and has given me instructions all along the way to be able to heal properly. He is a definitely a "TOP DOC."

I was sent to Dr Alan Garrett by Dr Autumn Savage. Dr Savage was providing my care for a infected non-healing surgical wound on my foot. Dr. Garrett and his staff met a difficult situation with professionalism & smiles. Dr. Garrett did surgery to remove the implant & infected bone. He prevented amputation of my foot. My recommendation for Dr Garrett is beyond a five star rating. I will be forever grateful.

I would not refer Dr Garrett to anyone. He performed my Achilles repair. My scar is huge my muscle was sewn into the skin and it never detached. I developed blood clots that went to my lungs and spent 10 days in the hospital. All could have been avoided when I called his office multiple times to complain of burning pain in my legs that did not feel surgery related. They told me to take more pain meds. Told him about my near death experience and did not get 1 ounce of compassion or apology.

It has been a pleasure working with Dr. Garrett. He did surgery on both of my feet and corrected multiple problems that had me limping for a couple of months before I found him. It's been almost a year since the first foot surgery and about 7 months since the second. I no longer limp when I walk and I'm grateful for Dr. Garrett's skills as a podiatric surgeon.

I am 64, broke my ankle (bad break - three places) 2/20/17. Dr. Garrett operated on my ankle 3/7/17 and I am walking today 6/5/17. He is an extremely likable, personable caring doctor. His staff are friendly, efficient and professional. I feel welcome there. This is a doctor that I would in all confidence recommend to everyone who has a problem like mine. He is the best!
