I never even made it into the office because of how disgustingly rude the receptionist was. If she's that rude, I can only imagine what the rest of the establishment is like. Truly unfortunate.

Dr. Marcus is a very good person! Unfortunately his office manager is not! She is extremely rude and does not know how to treat folks! I am hopeful that Dr. Marcus reads this review and takes action because it's giving him a very bad name! I do not know why his office manager Shirley has that type of attitude towards the patients. She does not follow up with the doctors patients I am sorry to say! I will NOT recommend anyone because her people skills are poor!

I will no recommend this doctor because of very rude unprofessional staff uncaring even when i ran out of insulin telling me to beg on the streets DR Marcus was great
