He saved my mom’s life! He currently treats my husband. The staff is friendly. I cannot thank Dr. Merin enough for all the special care and medical judgment to my family!

Doctor Merin cuts straight to the chase and gets the job done. He does not have the best bedside manner and is very quick-witted, a very sharp individual who has been around the block. He understands the game with insurance and knows how to look out for his patients best interest. He will advocate to the ends of the world for his patients when working with other doctors, nursing homes, and when your in the hospital. He truly is a real person that is more than willing to help his patients and has given my mom a few times over an extra nine lives. If it wasn't for him looking out for his patients so thoroughly we would have had a worse off outcome. It has come to the point were our whole family has all used him for getting a snapshot on our health. Anna runs the appointments, insurance and everything and really looks out for Dr. Merin. Lastly, Audrey is an Angel who helps in the office too and helps keep Dr. Merin in check. It all works and they are a great bunch. Five Stars for t

Dr. Merin is excellent. His staff and him are very caring and thorough. He caught my diabetes when my primary doctor who I have been going to for years didn't. After years of frustration and feeling sick with all the classic (you have diabetes signs) I took upon myself to my the best diabetes doctor in the city of San Antonio and did. Thank you doctor Merin for saving my life!

Extremely intelligent and beyond compassionate. He comes off as a loud New Yorker but he is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He saved my life...need I say more? PS Anna and Audrey (his sweet wife) who work in the office are sooo sweet and always helpful.
