Dr. Micklin was assigned to me after my discharge from CCHS. At my first (and ONLY) in-office visit, I knew he wasn’t the doctor for me. He rushed through the visit and seemed to be annoyed with my meds dosage/staggering questions. He kept tapping his foot on the floor and looking at his Apple Watch as he was late to catch the next train. Dr. Micklin showed no empathy to my condition. I left the office and researched for a more qualified and compassionate doctor. Never again!

Dr. Micklin is excellent, however, his office is POOR in follow up communications with patients. This has been discussed with the administrative office and even though they acknowledge "past" problems they said it was now corrected...it is NOT!
