Negligence/ Wrongful Death
On 10/01/22 Rojas called to advise my mom was to be discharged the next day….on 10/03/22 My mother was diagnosed with acute respiratory distress HOSPITAL INDUCED PNEUMONIA chronic renal failure from over hydration and too much diuretic DUE TO NEGLIGENCE water accumulated in her lungs she suffered for two days IN ICU as they forced oxygen into her lungs via a high pressure masked. Her condition worsened and on 10/05 at the family’s request the oxygen mask was removed and my mom, who was unable to speak due to a extremely dry tongue and mouth peacefully passed away shortly there after at 1pm

My experience with him could not have been worse. He was the doctor on call when I checked into the hospital. When the hospital called him when I checked in he didn’t answer the phone for 7 hours (leaving me without treatment for all that time). I was under his “care” for 6 days and he only showed up one day, sending three different people (two nurse practitioners and one other doctor) in his place the other days. No consistency of care and this is clearly a man who has no interest in patient care. Run as far as you can the other way from this “doctor”.

Nonchalant, rude, and dismissive towards patients wishes. After months with him, I have nothing positive to say. Seems too prideful to be a doctor. There’s more, but I rather just leave it at that.

Jesus, why did he become a doctor? He clearly doesn’t care about patient, just the money. Always leaves to vacation. Doesn’t speak to the family (he’s above it) good luck trying to ask him anything, he’ll walk away before you even attempt to. Unfortunately stuck with this “doctor” for almost 8 months now. I asked the hospital to switch to another doctor but they didn’t for some reason. He asks my father “how are you feeling?” Then walks out. That’s it. Please get rid of this type of doctor....... it’s heartbreaking...
