Dr Rosen had already reviewed my chart, even knew who I had seen for PT that week, and was aware of the issues going on with my hand. He made sure I had all my concerns/questions answered. Consequently, I felt valued as a patient and that I was in good hands.

Dr. Rosen did a tendon transfer on my right hand
The tendon transfer was done by Dr. Rosen 10 years ago. I went through OT for many weeks. At my last visit with him, he did not even suggest more OT. His nurse at the time suggested I see another doctor.Three weeks ago I started with another hand surgeon and he suggested OT and a brace to try to straighten out my hand. Looking back I wish I would have asked more questions with Dr. Rosen and his tendon transfer procedure.. perhaps Dr. Rosen is good with carpal tunnel and other procedures. However, I would not go back to him.

I think Dr. Rosen and his team should be your "Flagship" practice that other practices are measured against. Other practices should have some sort of orientation where they are required to spend at least one day in this practice so that they can see what a phenomenal practice looks like!

Unknown pain
For a couple of years now I have been having pain and limited range of motion in my hand and wrist. After seeing Dr Rosen for the first time he listened to all of my complaints and ordered some testing. After that testing being negative I was kind of upset bc I still didn’t know what was going on. Doc then gave me a shot to see if it would help and ordered an mri. MRI results came back and let us know what we needed to know. Working on treatment now and I hope it helps. Doc and his nurses have been so amazing. Never once did I feel like I was a bother to them or that they wanted to gaslight me. I felt heard and I will keep coming to him for any further problems in the future.
