Mistakes
Dr Alan worked at the Austin pain associates And I was his patient. He would give me hundreds upon hundreds of random painkillers at a time. When none of them worked he put a bupinephrine pain patch on my back which overdosed me 20 minutes later. Had I gone home I would have died instead I went grocery shopping and publicly overdosed and was treated like a criminal. I didn't received zero aftercare and which treated like it was my fault. I reported the overdose and received no feedback nothing. It is now 2023 and I still suffer neurological problems because of the overdose caused by Dr Alan putting a bupinephrine pain patch on my back. He knew I had EDS and tried all kinds of pills that failed. I can barely work, can't hold down relationships, all thanks to that one overdose. Much appreciated Alan

These 2 guys are the most compassionate men in the pain management world. I have been to pain management where they just keep you doped up just to get the money. Not these 2!!! They listen to where your pain is and offer possible solutions to help you out but without doping you up so much that you sleep all day. I have referred a friend to them and she loves them also.

I thought I would give this doctors office another try after two and half years. I scheduled an an appointment two weeks ago and today after waiting twenty five minutes on a virtual hold I get a call from Alex informing me that he wasn’t going to see today or anytime in the future because I had a problem with his office in the past. Apparently I still have a problem with his office. (They were suppose to call me fifteen minutes prior to the appointment with a link to the Virtual appointment. I had to call them. The young lady had to resend the link and of course take a payment). I asked why they waited until he was twenty five minutes late for my appointment to tell me this. Alex said she just saw my name? The problem remains. His staff is in efficient and he’s not man enough to speak on his own behalf This will not be my only review in regards to Dr Silberberg and office. I will also make a complaint to his governing authority. Pick another doctor. A professional one.

I think, having met once, he is an ok doctor, however the office is a mill. I returned in a month and was disrespected, treated like an idiot. Cast of Assistants. 10 min appointment with non-licensed person giving me the treatment plan? Who has the license? The nurse practitioner was looking up meds on Google? Seriously?

Had an absolutely wonderful visit. Kind staff. The doctor spent time with me and explained everything clearly. Received my injection and 100% better.

At first they act like the care, but that changed very quick. Did an injection for the wrong problem and had complications after and Dr. Silberberg, said it could not of been because of that injection and had to go to the hospital to fix his mistake. They treat you as if you are drug seeking and never answers phone calls. Charge you different prices and doesn't follow your insurance copay they say they can charge you what ever they want. They don't care about patients at ALL

Always on time and willing to spend extra time listening. That’s hard to find in a Dr these days.

I have been a patient of Dr. Silberberg for many years. He’s by far the best doctor I’ve ever seen. He is a great listener, compassionate, & has helped with non-pain related referrals, too. I read about Platelet Rich Plasma treatments, and he worked with me on getting the costs down since it’s not covered by insurance. I appreciate that he’s an ethical pain doc: not a pill mill, so if that’s what you’re looking for, go elsewhere. My quality of life is amazing thanks to him! See him! He cares!

This doctor and staff is horrible. Phone calls never returned. Revolving door with staff. Always somebody new there. Treated me like I was some kind of addict. Injuries sustained in the line of duty that require narcotics. PA's that conduct themselves as if they were addict detectives. No after hours support number. I have changed to another pain management doctor. This guy is in over his head and can not manage his practice properly. Again treats patients terribly.

Dr. Silverberg may be a great physician, however, his scheduling staff behave like amateurs. Upon referral we waited, as instructed for his office to contact us. They never did. Left messages for them that were never returned. Finally contacted the referring Doctor's office they who contacted Sliverberg's office. We were told that they had called 4 times. We checked our phone records, there were no calls from from his office. We contacted the referring Doctor and asked for a different refferal.
