Dr. VanNorman is one of the best doctors I've had. My case was and still is overly complex due to the nature of my back problems. He addressed my concerns and had incredibly nice and polite bed side manner. He did all the imaging necessary and kept me informed of what's going on at all times. He was willing and able to answer all the questions that my wife and I had. Good job Doc. you went above and beyond what you had to, to help me. And when things got more complicated he gave a excellent referral to a doctor that has helped me manage my back pain. I will add that he came up behind another surgeons work and did a exceptional job. I have my life back and can now participate in family activity's. Thank you Dr. VanNorman you are appreciated more than you know.

Dr. Van Norman performed an L5-S1 laminectomy on me in 1995 in Landstuhl, Germany. I had been to the point that I could not dress myself or stand or sit without acute pain. Dr. VN did an examination and told me matter-of-factly he would fix me. Immediately after the surgery the pain was gone and in the 22 years since my condition, I have not suffered except for some periodic back spasm episodes which are nothing compared to 'basket case' condition I was in before Dr. Van Norman cured me.
