You would think if a recurring patient came into your office in major distress you would actually CARE & not make them wait in their car for an hour only to be turned away because I couldn't find my driver's license when you very much have Several copies of it on file. I wasted an hour and thirty minutes trying to get help from someone who is meant to be my primary care physician only to be turned away. I almost died that day. Failure to care is in no way a good look for a medical business. I could not breath, my heart was pounding & I could barely take a few steps. I was taken immediately to Vanderbilt and admitted. This offices failure to care almost cost me my life. Recommend them? Never.
