My experience at Dr.Alapatt’s office was horrendous, not only did he prescribe me a medication that I was not supposed to take but he was extremely rude.Suffice to say that office visit was my first and last.If I could leave a negative 5 star review I definitely would.

I called today to speak to the doctor the girl Fatimah would not even let me say what I needed to say when I asked can I speak she got rude .Your Staff needs to be more professional .With there patience .And her Boss stuck up for her and thought that it was ok for her to speak to patience the way she did .They are not trained to work in a doctors office .I can take my business somewhere else and will definitely spread the word about your Service .When Dr Thomas was there it was different .Please speak to your staff before someone gets hurt because of there mouth .When we are sick the last thing we need is a rude receptionist.

The staff is extremely rude since Rosemary left, and the office merged. They attempt to do unnecessary tests without explaining to you why you need the tests so they can bill your insurance provider. They have completely lost my trust, after my husband visited them in Sept 2019, and we have to pay almost 2k in medical expenses for those unnecessary tests that weren't covered by our insurance. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint. BEWARE!!!

The physician assistant is unbelievably rude, nasty, and very unprofessional. The office in general over book and your wait is an hour. You are usually on hold for at least 3 minutes. You are rushed like cattle but treated worse.

I actually like the doctor. The staff no so much. Rude, seem like they don’t want to be there. If you ask a question they seem bothered. Oh and expect to wait at least an hour and a half to be seen.

Dr Thomas Alapaat is a fantastic Doctor !! He's my primary MD. I've been a patient of Dr Alapaat for 5 years. First off. Whenever I make an appointment, I never wait longer than a half hour to be seen. Dr Alapaat himself had excellent bedside manners. He's very knowledgeable on just about any health issue, that you need addressed. He's very laid back, charismatic, and extremely nice. Over the past 5 years, he's helped me in so many ways, with so many different health problems. He's the best !!

would never recommend this office to anybody, wrong test performed, duplicate test done, wrong billing, annual routine checkup coded as diagnostic. the staffs are so rude. cant get a follow-up on test. wound not fix errors in billing. the list goes on.

All Staffs are very unprofessional, uncaring and uneducated. Doctor is also not customer friendly.
