Dr. Albert Chow, MD

I was literally abandoned by Dr. Chow as soon as it was clear that my healing for my rhinoplasty wasn’t going well. This is clear medical negligence when he botches someone. My nose is deformed and he doesn't have an ounce of empathy. Appointments felt consistently rushed, as if I’m being treated like cattle, in and out. This happens whether or not he deliberately tries to shoo me out the door whenever I want answers, aka when the conversation makes him nervous or uncomfortable. He won’t admit to his mistakes in an effort to protect himself over the interests and care for his patients. This kind of question dodging is negligent and disgusting - he and his office literally stopped answering all emails and phone calls from me. He gossips about you with his entire staff too. I apparently also had no privacy or respect until I could tell by some offhanded comments what was being said about me. Staff turn a blind eye to his lack of ethics for their paycheck.

Had an eye surgery botched, I wanted a crease way higher, but instead, over the course of a couple months, the height of the new crease dropped back down to where it was originally - money wasted. But now I can never get what I want - my scar from the cut is too low, and any revision to make my crease higher would show the scar. On top of that, Dr.Chow was incredibly rude to me during one of my appointments. I came in for only 1 facial procedure, but without prompting, he suggested two additional procedures for my face that were completely uncalled for, which included mentioning that my cheeks got fatter recently and he could just remove it (buccal fat removal). So rude and disrespectful. No doctor should go around insulting the looks of their customers just because they want to make more money off of them. For the record, I’m 100% confident and secure in my looks but this enraged me (fyi, yes, you can be secure and still want surgery), and I can easily see how someone less secure

I love seeing Dr. Chow. I've had a few ENT procedures with huge cosmetic benefits. We talk like normal friendly people. He's completely down to earth, a good listener, and absolutely humble about his insane triple certification training and elite skill level. He's the best surgeon I've ever known, by far, in both professionally and interpersonally.

I had an excellent experience with Dr.Chow and his staff. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend Dr.Chow. I am very satisfied with the results and appreciate all his time with follow up visits to make sure everything is perfect.

I chose Dr. Chow because of his qualifications, and when I spoke to his team, they were so warm and helpful with my process. They communicated heavily to me about the procedure, and repeated information for me when I asked. Dr. Chow is very warm and welcoming. The environment is very relaxed and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Chow and his team.

Overall my experience here with Dr. Chow has been the best he always makes times for his patients and both Jennifer and Patsy made me feel very comfortable and are just overall so helpful if I ever decide to get any procedures done in the future i would definitely choose Dr. Chow

Surgery isn't a small thing and so we all take our research on doctors very seriously. I'm grateful to have come to Dr. Chow for my breast augmentation surgery - the full-process (from consultation to post-visits) have been comfortable and overall nothing short of the best. And I'm so happy with my decision and Dr. Chow's work - my friends have already asked me to refer them.

The staff and the doctor were just absolutely the best personnel I have ever experienced in my life. Very caring, friendly and compassionate.

Everyone that works in the office tends to the needs of the patient, and is great about answering your questions and listening to what you want. Even after post op they helped me with follow up apps and made it very easy on my family and I. I plan on coming back in the future because they run a great office.

Re: clear explanations...I was not told an important direction before surgery and so we had to delay the surgery. Or, if I was told I didn't hear, which may have been the case, but I doubt it. Always best to double-check instructions.

I love it. I love my results, I love my life post-op, I love myself, and everyone's noticing. My nurse said something so wise to me today during my follow up appointment: that without the barrier of self consciousness trapping me, I can now come out as my true self. I don't believe it is a coincidence that my friends have told me I have become this extrovert I've never been before after my nose/eyelid procedures. Thank you, Dr. Chow, for your life-changing work!!

As a nurse and having previous experience in aesthetics, Dr. Chow and his staff are absolutely one of a kind. They are so friendly and welcoming, but also more than honest. They make you feel comfortable and at home and I love that Dr. Chow is always honest with your treatment and will never push you to do anything you don't feel comfortable with. Everyone is so pleasant and remembers your conversations from previous visits. I come to Dr. Chow for everything as I think he is & does the best! S.O
